復活節

瑞典人食小龍蝦通常都會保留返佢原有嘅鮮味。傳統煮法上,佢哋會用蒔蘿、啤酒、香料做嘅高湯煮熟、辟腥,再雪凍一晚等待party一齊分享。


食法上,會係用鉗拆開兩隻小龍蝦鉗,先享受啖啖肉;之後再拉開蝦身殻食,有啲連蝦膏都會食埋添~除咗即拆即食之外,瑞典人仲會將已拆肉嘅小龍蝦融入唔同菜式,點食都會遇到小龍蝦㗎。



而喺餐枱上面之前,大家又係唔少得圍住唱祝歌Helan Går、飲烈酒Aquavit,同埋以季尾最後豐收嘅士多啤朵甜品嚟畫上句號。



無論咩節日都好,瑞典人都係藉機嚟同家人、朋友相聚,一齊飲飽食醉,享受大自然給予嘅禮物架。
