刁草檸檬三文魚扒食譜 Dill & Lemon Salmon Recipe

材料包括:

Feldts 挪威三文魚柳 125克 4件裝

一包

Blå Band 檸檬刁草醬粉

一包

鹽/黑胡椒粉

適量

牛奶

250ml

Bregott 牛油

25克

適量

*材料可因應份量及個人口味作調整


醬汁部份點煮?

1.先在小鍋中倒入250ml牛奶用細火煮熱,後加入一包檸檬刁草醬粉攪拌,等待2分鐘

2.熄火並加入牛油至牛油已融化。完成醬汁!

*醬汁亦可用新鮮檸檬及刁草代替以製作



三文魚扒點煮?

1.先將三文魚解凍,後剪開包裝,將三文魚洗淨抹乾,可用廚房紙吸乾水份

2.細火預熱煎pan,並將油均勻倒上煎pan表面至出煙

3.將三文魚扒放上去煎大約1-2分鐘, 期間可灑上少量鹽及黑胡椒粉,每面都均勻煎一煎,直至三文魚呈亮澤顏色便大功告成

4.上碟時倒上已煮好的檸檬刁草醬
